Is it really made with AI? What about quality?
AI speeds up the design phase (layout, first drafts, base content), but every site is reviewed and finished by hand by our team before delivery. You get a unique design, not a recycled template.
What if I don't like the design?
The Sitora Pack includes 2 revision cycles. You see the preview and tell us what to adjust. You can also buy extra cycles if needed. In practice, two cycles are almost always enough.
What industries do you work with?
All of them: local shops, craftspeople, professional offices (medical, legal, accounting), restaurants, personal services, freelancers. If your business needs a clear online presence, we're a fit.
Is SEO included? Will my site rank well?
Basic technical SEO is included on every site: semantic HTML, optimised metadata, XML sitemap, fast loading, Schema.org tags for local businesses.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment payment is coming soon. For now, payment is made in one go at checkout, by credit card or TWINT. If your situation calls for a tailored solution, drop us a line and we'll discuss.
Free trial or refund?
You have 24h after payment to cancel free of charge. After that, production starts and the order is firm. Our revision cycles are designed to adjust until you're happy with the result.
Is VAT included?
Sitora is currently not subject to Swiss VAT, per article 10 al. 2 LTVA. The displayed prices are net prices, no VAT will be added at checkout.
How do edits to my site work?
Depending on your subscription plan, you get a quota of edits: Boost (CHF 49/month) includes 15 min/month, Partner (CHF 149/month) includes 1h/month. You describe what you want and we take care of it. On Start and Care, edits are billed on request.
How do the 4 subscriptions work?
After the one-time payment for the site (from CHF 890), you choose one of our 4 plans: Start (CHF 9.90/month), Care (CHF 19.90/month, the most popular), Boost (CHF 49/month) or Partner (CHF 149/month). Each plan covers go-live, hosting, SSL, backups, automatic updates and support. The higher the plan, the more guidance and included edits you get.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime, with one month's notice. On cancellation, we hand over the full source code of your site: you keep it and stay free to host it elsewhere. You're never locked in.
How does the domain go live?
You buy your domain name yourself from Infomaniak (~CHF 15/year for a .ch). We then handle all the technical configuration and put your site online. Allow 24-48h after DNS propagation.
What about pro emails (contact@my-business.ch)?
If you take the Identity Pack, we create your professional email addresses and signatures in your brand style. Emails are purchased from your domain registrar (Infomaniak offers pro emails from CHF 4.50/month). We guide you through the setup.
How do I send you my photos and logo?
After your order, you receive a confirmation email: just reply to it attaching your photos, logo and any content you want. No photos on hand? The AI pro photos option generates 8-12 high-end visuals in your brand style.
Who owns the content and images?
You own the texts you provide and your personal photos. For stock or AI-generated images, we use royalty-free or licensed assets purchased in your name. Your site's code is delivered to you if you cancel your subscription.
